Tennis Camps for you!

If you have always wanted to improve your tennis game and have some fun...
this summer is your chance.  Summer tennis camps will available to those special people who want to advance their game and even for those who want to learn the game... give yourself a chance and sign up for one or more of the tennis camps.  For more information see Coach Neal.
 
The dates and times are:

JUNE: 9th, 11th, and 13th  (9am - 11am)

JULY: 7th, 9th, and 11th  (9am - 11am)

JULY: 21st, 23rd, and 25th (9am -11am)

AUGUST: 4th, 6th, and 8th (9am - 11am)

I will be out at the courts on Tuesday May 20th....bring your racket and grab a tennis buddy and come on out and play.

Coaches, we are sorry for all the e-mails, but we have just found out that there is a major Juniors tournament on the weekend of the clinic. We are trying to decide if we should move this up to the 7th. Can you please get this information out to your high school and middle school players so they can let us know if they have interest in attending on the 7th or 14th. We need 80 players to make it happen.  Thanks

All Star Sports Academy, in cooperation with our sponsor Modern Fitness is hosting its Inaugural North Texas College Exposure & Skills Showcase on Saturday June 14th from 8:00am to 5pm at Princeton H.S.(10 miles East of McKinney and 25 miles West of Greenville on HWY 380) for 8TH-12TH grade boys and girls tennis players looking to gain exposure, network with college coaches and gain valuable experience to improve their overall game. The emphasis is to prepare athletes for a higher level of competition. If you are serious about the game sign up and be ready to learn!!!
The following is a list of events:
1) Seminar on scholarships, recruiting, academics, nutrition 
2) Sport Specific Conditioning and training
3) Skills and Drills instructed by college coaches 
4) Combine Events to evaluate skill set
5) Matches evaluated by college coaches

12pm to 1pm: Barbeque Lunch
1pm to 2pm: Combine events
2pm to 5pm: Matches

JH Tennis: Great Job at Van

Good job to the junior high tennis players at the Van tournament.  We all competed and gave it a good try with a positive attitude.

We won first place in 7th girls doubles, 8th boys doubles, 7th in girls singles, won third in 7th girls singles, and 4th in 8th girls singles...

I will post the results by Wednesday.  But once again, thank you for a great day.
