The process to apply takes 3 minutes and once you complete the application it takes between 1-2 minutes to receive the number. Link for Non-Member number request https://tennislink.usta.com/Dashboard/Main/Login.aspx?App=5
Once you are on this page:
Go To Create Your USTA Account and click on the 2nd option
Select the 3rd option and click next
Enter requested information and click next
Enter the requested information and click next
You will be logged onto the system and will see your Non-Member on top left
