All members of the Boys Track team who did not qualify for the Area Track meet need to turn in all track equipment to Coach Day today.


Prom reminders: Prom is tomorrow at the Silver Spur Barn from 8:00-12:00.  Remember you will not enter prom without your ticket and a picture ID. If you are taking a limo, don’t forget you will want to drop off a vehicle at the barn ahead of time so you have a ride home. Don’t forget your picture money. Picture packages range in cost of $8-$60. If you are going to prom and your date is an underclassman or someone from another school remember they have to walk in with you in order to get in.


LEO Club Members:  You must see Mrs. Burch to get information about participating in the Special Olympics opening ceremony. 


Yearbook pictures for UIL District, Region, and state will be taken during advisory next Tuesday( 24). Bring your district and region medals and meet in front of the auditorium. Please be on time.


There is an Eagle Impact meeting Tuesday, April 24 during advisory in Room 111. 


Anyone interested in running Cross Country for the 2018-2019 school year needs to meet in Mrs. Fowler's room (room 201) Thursday, April 26, at 3:30for a short meeting. Please plan to attend.

All golfers that are not participating in the Regional tournament please return all golf equipment and clothes to Coach Lloyd by Friday, April 27. 


Sunday is Earth Day! Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, on which events are held to demonstrate support for environmental protection. Make sure to wear your straw hats and overalls on Monday for Go Green Week.


Our Eaglette softball team will be playing Liberty-Eylau in the first round of the playoffs next week at Longview High School. They will play Thursday at 6:00, Friday at 6:30 and Saturday at 2:00 if needed.


Attention freshmen, sophomores and juniors:  if you would like to run for the 2018-2019 Student Council or a class officer position, applications are now ready to be picked up in Mrs. Slider’s room, room 208. Deadline to turn in your completed application is Monday, May 7 at 4 pm.  No exceptions! Elections will be held Tuesday, May 15 during eighth period.


The annual powderpuff games will be held on Friday, May 18. The fee for entry for both the coaches and the players will be $5. The sign-up sheets are now available in the front office; see Mrs. Slider during advisory to pay your $5. Signups will end Friday April 27.
