Hello! My name is Jan Parker. I live in Canton, Texas, with my wonderful husband of thirty-one years. We love living our country life on our small farm. We have a beautiful daughter who graduated from Canton High School and went on to become a pediatric audiologist specializing in cochlear implants. She currently lives in Dallas with her husband. I could not be prouder of my community and family! 

I currently hold a Bachelor of Science degree in biology as well as a Master of Science degree in school counseling. I taught in the science classroom for 23 years, 17 at Canton High School. This school year marks the beginning of my counseling career. I am very excited to help 11^th and 12th-grade students navigate post-high school goals and plans. Students and their success are my priorities!
