Great Job!
Our boys and girls competed in the Edgewood Tennis tournament this past week and had a good showing. They competed with enthusiasm, with energy, with sportsmanship and represented Canton well.
On Thursday, Brazos Hesskew finished 2nd in the varisty boys singles draw. Payton Heard, Sammy Watson, Taylor Tidwell and Juliana Bratcher all compteted in the varisty division and did well everyone won atleast one match. Juan Ruiz competed well in the boys jv division.
On Friday, Brett Mackelfresh and Travis Riffle finished 3rd in the varsity boys doubles division. Madi Allen and Brooke Erickson finished 3rd in the varsity girls doubles division. Sabrina Ellis and Cheyenne Mason won 3 matches in the jv girls doubles division before being defeated.
